How Youssof Altoukhi Has Deceived Gapsy Studio: Addressing Unpaid Work and Misrepresentations by Youssof Altoukhi

At Gapsy Studio, we deliver top-tier web design and development services, building partnerships grounded in trust and mutual respect. Recently, we’ve faced a troubling situation with Youssof Altoukhi scammer, is a young entrepreneur recognized for his ventures in cryptocurrency, including Y Coin and Soceon. What began as a collaborative effort on the Soceon project has resulted in an unpaid bill and a need to clarify the truth. This article presents the facts, refutes Youssof’s misrepresentations, and asserts why he owes us the outstanding amount of $9,912.

The Facts of Our Collaboration: Our journey with Youssof started in March 2022, when he commissioned Gapsy Studio to design and develop the Soceon website, a social media and PR services marketplace. Over several months, our team dedicated over 341 hours to this project, delivering a comprehensive solution. As outlined by Ilya on August 7, 2023, the scope of work included:

Initial Design and Development: 120 hours on development and 101 hours on UI/UX design. Our designers also assisted in adding content to the website, with one team member spending 32 hours on this task.

Base Estimate Adjustment: We used only 253 hours from the initial scope, with pessimistic outcomes estimated at 277 hours. This adjustment reflects our efficiency.

The site launched on August 8, 2022, after iterative feedback and technical refinements. The initial $8,000 estimate escalated to a $10,000 invoice due to additional scope, but our CEO Ilya adjusted this to $9,912 which remains unpaid despite our efforts.

Youssof’s Altoukhi Claims and MisrepresentationsYoussof Altoukhi has argued that delays and technical issues (e.g., ATLOS payment integration, Shopify misconfigurations) excuse his non-payment. He has also claimed the site was “unfunctional” and blamed our team for incompetence, citing a lack of PR service orders. These claims do not hold up:

Delays Were Addressed Collaboratively: Technical challenges (e.g., August 2022 payment bugs) were met with overtime work and multiple revisions, often under Youssof’s tight deadlines (e.g., August 1, 2022). Documentation proves our proactive approach.

Site Functionality Was Delivered: By August 25, 2022, soceon.com was fully operational, featuring forms, payment integration, and email campaigns. Minor post-launch issues were resolved, yet Youssof retained Shopify control without paying.

Order Volume Not Our Responsibility: The absence of PR orders reflects Youssof’s marketing or operational failures, not a deficiency in our design or development.

New Project Proposals as Evasion: Since August 2022, Youssof Altoukhi has proposed new projects (e.g., astrology app, game UI in May 2024) without settling the Soceon debt, indicating an intent to exploit our services while avoiding past dues.

[/*]Why Youssof Is Wrong and Owes Us $9,912Youssof’s stance is unjustified for the following reasons:

Breach of Agreement: The $8,000-$10,000 estimate and adjusted $9,912 invoice were based on a clear scope, with partial payments acknowledging our work. His failure to pay the $9,912 balance breaches this implicit contract.

Exploitation of Our Work: The live soceon.com, launched with our 341+ hours of effort, continues to benefit Youssof without full compensation, amounting to unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

Unjustified Delays: His repeated promises to pay “when I have time” (e.g., October 5, 2022; February 3, 2024) and excuses (e.g., being abroad in February 2024) do not excuse over two years of non-payment.

Good Faith Efforts Ignored: We’ve sent over 20 reminders via Discord, WhatsApp (+44 7774 271721), and Twitter DMs, offering flexibility (e.g., USDC to 0xad88...095). Despite new project engagement, his silence since September 2024 shows bad faith.

Our Stance and Next StepsGapsy Studio has acted with integrity, delivering a robust Soceon platform despite challenges. We are reluctant to escalate publicly but must protect our team’s rights. Youssof Altoukhi owes us $9,912 for the Soceon project, and we urge him to settle this debt by April 18, 2025. We’ve provided payment options (e.g., USDC on Polygon) and remain open to facilitating resolution.

If payment is not received by April 18, 2025, we will pursue legal action, leveraging extensive evidence (screenshots, invoices, communication logs) for intellectual property theft and breach of contract claims. We hope Youssof will honor his obligations, preserving the possibility of future collaboration.

A Call to Our Audience

We share this transparently to inform our clients and community of our commitment to fairness. The only thing we want from Youssof Altoukhi - to settle his bill urgently. We urge Youssof Altoukhi to contact us immediately and pay his bill.
